Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Audio Alchemy Collective, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as "Thronos" ("Thronos," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use Thronos (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. Your email address and any account or profile details you provide.
- Birth information (sensitive personal data). Your birth date, birth time, and birth place. We treat this as sensitive personal information. It is necessary to calculate your astrological chart and generate your readings.
- Chat content. The messages you send to the AI and the responses generated for you.
- Usage data. Technical and usage information such as device/browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service, collected to operate and improve it.
2. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- generate your personalized astrological chart and readings;
- provide, maintain, and operate the AI chat and other features;
- process payments and manage your subscription;
- communicate with you about your account and the Service;
- monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Service;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run Thronos, and only as needed to provide the Service:
- Stripe — our payment processor, to handle billing and subscriptions. Stripe receives the payment and billing information needed to process your transactions.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — our AI provider. We send your chat messages and the relevant birth/chart data to Anthropic so the AI can generate readings and responses.
- Our email provider — to send you account and service-related communications.
- Our hosting provider — to host and serve the application and store data.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer. Each provider processes your information under its own terms and security obligations.
4. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights — including access to or deletion of your data — email us at hello@thronos.app and we will respond as required by applicable law. Because your birth information is sensitive, you may withdraw it by requesting deletion of your account.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.
7. No users under 18
Thronos is intended only for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at hello@thronos.app and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
