Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Thronos (the "Service"), a product operated by Audio Alchemy Collective, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as "Thronos" ("Thronos," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Thronos is — and is not
Thronos provides personalized Vedic (sidereal) astrology readings and an AI chat experience based on the birth information you provide. The Service is offered for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment only.
Thronos does not provide professional advice of any kind. Nothing in the Service is, or should be relied upon as, medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Astrological interpretations are not predictions of fact. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, finances, legal situation, or wellbeing. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using Thronos, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Notify us promptly at hello@thronos.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used unlawfully.
4. Subscriptions, billing & renewals
Thronos offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually — at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No partial refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Any change will apply to future billing periods, and we will provide notice before it takes effect.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to the Service;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
- misuse the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, the Thronos name and marks, and all related content, is owned by Audio Alchemy Collective, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of the birth information and content you submit; you grant us a license to use it as needed to operate and provide the Service (see our Privacy Policy).
7. AI-generated content
Readings and chat responses are generated in part by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Output is provided "as is" for insight and entertainment, and should not be treated as professional advice or statements of fact.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading or output will be accurate or reliable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audio Alchemy Collective, LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Colorado will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
