Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to Thronos, a product of Audio Alchemy Collective, LLC. It explains how cancellations and refunds work. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

Service delivery

Thronos is a digital subscription service with no physical goods to ship. When you subscribe, your plan and its features are activated immediately and delivered online through the Thronos web app at thronos.app — there is no waiting period or shipment. Your access continues for as long as your subscription remains active.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops your next renewal so you will not be charged again. Your paid access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the free tier.

No prorated or partial refunds

Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time, for the portion of a billing period remaining after you cancel, or for periods during which you did not use the Service. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a charge that has already been made.

How to cancel

To cancel your subscription:

If you cannot access your billing settings, or you would like help, email us at hello@thronos.app from the address on your account and we will assist you. Please cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend paid access until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be cancelled and your account moved to the free tier.
